The City of Luxembourg (VdL) has announced it will host the second edition of the Design Market event on Sunday 15 June 2025, from 10:30 to 18:00, at the Design Hub (42-44 Rue de Hollerich) and the courtyard of Den Atelier (54 Rue de Hollerich) in the Luxembourg-Gare district.
According to the VdL, the official opening of the event will be attended by members of Luxembourg’s Government Council (Cabinet), with the Design Hub transformed into a friendly space, bringing together creative industry professionals to celebrate design and creation. The courtyard of Den Atelier will also transform into a design market, where 27 designers specialising in product design, accessories, fashion items and illustration will exhibit and offer their creations for sale.
A number of workshops will also take place throughout the day.
Infiiorata will host a series of floral workshops, where participants can create a floral sculpture using a selection of seasonal flowers chosen by host Kathlyn Wohl. The workshops will take place from 10:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 17:00.
Maura Explorer Yoga will host three different yoga workshops, led by Maura Pianaro, where participants will have the opportunity to experience a deep understanding of human anatomy while combining yoga wisdom with evidence-based techniques. The workshops will take place at 14:30 (Neuro Yoga), 16:00 (Therapeutic Yoga) and 17:15 (Inside Flow).
Design Play Store will host two children’s workshops, led by Shivani Chakrachhattri. These are themed around “the art of combination” and are designed as a playful and inspiring way to stimulate creative thinking and to encourage "thinking outside the box". These will take place from 10:30 to 11:30 and 15:30 to 16:30.
