Vigilance Citoyenne asbl has announced that it is organising the first "Foire des Savoir-Faire" (Know-How Fair) in Luxembourg at the Hollerich cultural centre on Saturday 25 May 2024, from 14:00 to 18:00.

According to the organisers, the fair aims to be a lively, interactive and collaborative space with free practical workshops concerning well-being, healthy eating, the home and ecological technology. The objective is to highlight what people know how to do in Luxembourg and in the Greater Region.

On the programme is the transmission of new techniques to gain resilience and autonomy on a daily basis. Exhibitors will be available to pass on their know-how so that these practices can spread and be passed on to the following generations. Activities include: exploring the technique of derivative baths; making dishwasher tablets; becoming familiar with a sewing machine; discovering shiatsu, energetic breathing, sophrology, ormus and anti-stress techniques; tasting lacto-fermented drinks and sprouted seeds. There will be activities for all ages.

The fair is also intended to be an opportunity to establish contacts, connect ideas and exchange points of view "in a simple and friendly setting".

With the exception of the refreshment bar and pastries at the counter, everything will be free of charge.
