Luxembourg will be celebrating this year's Europe-wide Birdwatch Day this coming Saturday 2 October 2021 with a special event, organised by natur&ëmwelt, at the Biodiversum conservation centre in Remerschen.
The event was cancelled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On the agenda this year is an English-language guided walk starting at 09:00. This is a CovidCheck event and advanced booking is required via tel.: 247-56533 or via email: to biodiversum@anf.etat.lu.
Family-friendly activities about bird migration, such as a photo exhibition and children's workshops, are planned from 10:00 to 18:00.
Catering will be provided by Mammejongen asbl.
