The Network has organised a series of events for 2019, dealing with topics as diverse as life balance and entrepreneurship and its annual general meeting.
First on the agenda is the event "Life Balance: a mindful equation", scheduled for 16 January 2019 from 18:00-21:30 at Badenoch & Clark (2 Avenue Charles de Gaulle, 1653 Luxembourg). This event discusses ways of dealing with life's challenges, especially the balance between professional and personal responsibilities whilst striving to maintain a healthy mind and body. Catherine Henrotte, Philippe Grégoire and Laura Abbracciavento will speak at this event with the aim of helping participants to recognise key stress triggers, create habits to deal with anxiety, strip away distractions, increase self-awareness and enable them to find their own balance. Registration is from 18:00 with the welcome and introduction session starting at 18:30. This is followed by a presentation at 19:00 and networking drinks from 20:45. The second event of the new year, "Secrets to Successful Entrepreneurship" will take place on 27 February 2019 from 19:00-22:00 (location TBC). This event will cover how to create and grow a business, how to keep ahead of competition and pushing through adversity. The following month, on 20 March 2019, the Network is organising its 2019 Annual General Meeting at B.U.R.O.S. sarl (3 Rue Thomas Edison, 1445 Strassen) from 19:00. Attendees will be able to hear about The Network's year in 2018 and meet new and current board members. Welcome and registration is at 19:00 with the AGM beginning at 19:30, followed by networking at 20:00. Members unable to attend should send their proxy vote to info@thenetwork.lu.
