On Friday 31 January 2025, the official draw for the Davis Cup World Group 1 Play-Off tie between Luxembourg and Lithuania took place at Luxembourg City Hall.
The tie will commence on Saturday 1 February 2025 at the Coque arena in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, with SEAT Lëtzebuerg Davis Cup Team’s top player Chris Rodesch (ATP ranked #282) facing Lithuania’s second-ranked player Edas Butvilas (ATP ranked #247). The opening match is set to begin at 15:00.
Immediately afterwards, Lithuania’s number one player Vilius Gaubas (ATP ranked #192) will take on Luxembourg’s second-ranked player Alex Knaff (ATP ranked #643).
The competition will continue on Sunday 2 February 2025, starting with the doubles match, where Chris Rodesch and Alex Knaff will pair up against Pijus Vaitiekūnas and Dovas Dersonas.
The tie will conclude with the final singles matches, as Chris Rodesch faces Vilius Gaubas and Alex Knaff competes against Edas Butvilas.
