On Friday 18 October 2024, Telindus Luxembourg announced it is to become Proximus NXT.
Founded in 1979, tech services company Telindus guides organisations in their digital transformation, by providing holistic ICT & Telecommunication solutions, as well as tailored support services.
Businesses and public organisations today face increasingly complex challenges and, as Proximus NXT, the company states it will be better able to meet these demands and continue to support clients in their digital transformation.
According to the company, Proximus NXT will continue to be the trusted partner for the management, optimisation and digital transformation of customers' organisations. As before, it will provide cutting-edge telecom and ICT solutions and services, tailored to the specific needs of the Luxembourg B2B market.
Under this new identity, customer commitment will remain unchanged as they continue to guide their customers through technological complexity, relying on six service lines: Cybersecurity, Telecom, Managed services, ICT Solutions, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
In January 2006, Belgium's largest telecommunications provider Belgacom Group, today named Proximus Group, acquired Telindus for it to become its IT services subsidiary.
