POST Luxembourg has announced further changes to its sales network and post office opening hours amid the current coronavirus crisis.

POST has adapted its sales network temporarily in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the network as a whole and to protect the health of customers and employees in the face of the spread of coronavirus.

From Saturday 21 March 2020, all POST points of sale will be closed on Saturdays until further notice. The POST sales network will remain accessible from Monday to Friday, although the opening hours have been modified and some points of sale have been closed temporarily. Customers are asked to check the opening hours of the various points of sale on www.post.lu in advance.

In addition, twelve additional post offices and one Telecom shop will be closed temporarily from Monday 23 March 2020. Customers will be directed to other nearby points of sale.

The 21 post offices affected by temporary closings are: Belair, Limpertsberg, Esch-Nord, Esch-Lallange, Kayl, Clemency, Kirchberg, Troisvierges, Bereldange, Oberkorn, Wormeldange, Boulaide, Bridel, Hobscheid, Leudelange, Reisdorf, Lorentzweiler, Saeul, Rambrouch, City Concorde and Mamer. 35 post offices or Espace POST, distributed throughout the country, will remain accessible from Monday to Friday.

The four Telecom shops affected by temporary closings are: Differdange, Kirchberg, Cloche d'Or and City Concorde. Eight Telecom or POST shops will remain accessible from Monday to Friday.

In order to limit travel, POST has recalled that a lot of its services are available online or remotely. Similarly, the POST Luxembourg Contact Center is accessible in four languages ​​via the free number 8002-8004 (or +352-24248004 from abroad) for all information and several remote operations. Telecom advisers can be reached 24 hours a day.
