* Andy Schleck has been officially withdrawn by the Luxembourg Cycling Federation (FSCL) as he has not yet recovered sufficiently from his injuries he suffered during the time trial of last month's Critérium du Dauphiné. The FSCL is understood to have applied for the inclusion of Schleck’s RadioShack-Nissan-Trek teammate, Luxembourg national champion Laurent Didier, as a replacement.

** Frank Schleck's participation is also in doubt following his positive doping test revealed yesterday.
