Decathlon opens new store at Massen Shopping Centre in Wemperhardt;

On the morning of Friday 25 September 2026, Decathlon opened its very first store in the northern part of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Decathlon reported that the new 1,050 m² store, located at the Massen Shopping Centre in Wemperhardt, near the Belgian and German borders, is designed to meet the needs of local residents, cross-border workers and the four million tourists who visit the region each year.
The international sporting-goods retailer said the opening “marked a significant moment for Decathlon” and was described as “a moment of togetherness, simplicity and a time of fellowship” for the company.
