LUGA - Luxembourg Urban Garden and Sightseeing.lu have announced the opening of their new pop-up store located at 14 Grand-Rue in Luxembourg-Ville.

This temporary space is an invitation to discover the LUGA exhibition and Sightseeing.lu's tourism products, as well as for visitors to immerse themselves in "a unique urban experience".

The inauguration of the pop-up store took place on Friday 8 August 2025, in the presence of Maurice Bauer, First Alderman of the City of Luxembourg (VdL), Ann Muller, General Coordinator of LUGA, and Luc Reis, Managing Director of Sightseeing.lu.

In this new space, visitors can: obtain information about LUGA, its tours and its sites; discover and purchase exclusive LUGA-branded items; book their tourist experiences directly via two self-service kiosks (combined visits to the Bock Casemates and the City Train, LUGA Hop-On Hop-Off, the Aquatunnel or the NATURE & CHÂTEAU excursions to Mullerthal and Vianden); rent an electric bike on-site to explore the capital or follow one of the LUGA bike trails.

According to LUGA and Sightseeing.lu, this pop-up store "embodies a unique synergy between culture, soft mobility and sustainable tourism, serving residents and visitors alike".

The shop will be open until Saturday 18 October 2025.

Opening hours: Monday and Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00; Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00.
