On Thursday 12 December 2024, the City of Luxembourg launched a call for applications, as part of its "pop-up stores" initiative, to rent a premises at 64 Avenue de la Liberté in Luxembourg-Ville.

The "pop-up stores" project provides short-term rental of commercial spaces. The premises on offer has a surface area of 280 m2 spread over two floors and a technical room in the basement.

The minimum rental period is one month and the maximum period is six months. An extension of up to three months is possible depending on the availability of the location. The monthly rent ranges from €650 to €2,250. A general flat rate for charges is added to the rent.

Applications for interested entrepreneurs, traders or startups are open until Thursday 2 January 2025 on the City of Luxembourg website: https://www.vdl.lu/en/working/starting-a-business/rent-a-pop-store. Only complete forms with a detailed business plan will be considered.
