From its relocation to new offices, new acquisitions and a growing number of employees to the opening of a new branch in Esch-Belval and its Annual Conference, 2019 has got off to a busy start for Luxembourg real estate service INOWAI.

The new year saw INOWAI, a major local player in the Luxembourg real estate market, move to its new address at 52 route d'Esch, L-1470 Luxembourg. Formerly occupied by the ING bank, these premises constitute 1,015m² of offices and offer greater parking capacity for employees and customers than the previous INOWAI offices. The company will cover three floors.

INOWAI has also finalised the acquisition of Immocube, an active company in the rental management of property and syndic of condominiums that manages 819 lots in 73 buildings. The Residential Property Management's portfolio thus boasts 110 properties and close to 2,000 lots. The acquisition formed part of INOWAI's growth strategy, as did the increase in employees to 60 at the start of this year. The different departments have seen their respective teams grow to meet the strong demand in the real estate sector.

In addition, INOWAI will open a branch in Esch-Belval at the end of the year following the arrival of new employees and the continued commercial and residential real estate growth of the site. It will invest its new offices in the Rouden Eck building, property of the TRACOL real estate group, located at Porte de France. The branch will combine INOWAI real estate solutions: Residential Agency, Residential Property Management and Property Management as a first step. The Property Management team, already in place on the Esch-Belval site, currently occupies an office space located in the building Les Terres Rouges, property of BIL (50,000 m² of surfaces).

Last Wednesday 27 February 2019, INOWAI also organised its annual conference at the Chamber of Commerce, which attracted over 250 real estate professionals. The conference looked at the first quarter of the year as well as reflecting on the company's performance in the previous year, namely the fact that investments exceeded the €2 billion mark in 2018.

Finally, for the fourth consecutive year, REcycle cycling challenge will leave Luxembourg from the new INOWAI offices. The organiser of the challenge is REcycle2MIPIM, a club that brings together cycling and real estate enthusiasts. Initially more than 15 cyclists will take up the challenge this year, in support of the Télévie association, which helps sick children.
