The Chamber of Deputies, Luxembourg's Parliament, today announced that future public parliamentary sessions would take place temporarily at Cercle Cité in Luxembourg-Ville.

On Monday 30 March 2020, the Bureau and the Conference of Presidents, in consultation with members of the Luxembourg government, decided that all public sessions scheduled after Easter should take place at Cercle Cité in Place d'Armes in Luxembourg-Ville.

This decision results from the fact that there is more space at Cercle Cité than at the Chamber of Deputies. Consequently, all deputies will be able to sit in the same room while respecting the sanitary measures imposed during the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis.

The public sessions planned at Cercle Cité will continue to be broadcast on Chamber TV and via streaming on the Chamber's website at chd.lu
