On Thursday 29 October 2026, Jazz Forum Luxembourg will host the “Electric Stories” concert, featuring Sebastian Gahler and Andy Hunter, from 19:30 at the Forum Geesseknäppchen in Luxembourg-Hollerich.
MINT Magazin describes the concert as an “Electrifying groove!”
“Inspired by electro, funk and fusion jazz of the 1960s and 70s, German pianist Sebastian Gahler swaps the grand piano for vintage keyboards, drawing on influences such as Herbie Hancock’s Head Hunters. He blends Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzer, Hammond B-3, Moog synthesiser and Hohner String Performer to create a distinctive sound that opens up new sonic landscapes.”
The band line-up consists of Sebastian Gahler (keys), Andy Hunter (trombone), Martin Feske (guitar), Nico Brandenburg (bass) and Tim Dudek (drums).
Tickets cost €25 for general admission and €1.50 for Kulturpass holders.
Entry is free for under-eighteens but registration is required.
