When 'Airy Met Fairy will be performing their sweet and sour sounds at the Iceland Airwaves festival on 6 November 2015.

Iceland Airwaves is one of the most popular festivals in Europe, representing the breakthrough performance for many featured bands. This year it will be taking place from 4 to 8 November 2015 and will host When 'Airy Met Fairy, a group described by Iceland Airwaves founder as "Kate Bush meets Moloko".

WAMF is a project involving various musicians and artists, but has as its core frontwoman and singer-songerwriter Thorunn Egilsdottir, who also plays piano amongst other instruments, as well as Mike Koster on moog and bass and Thomas Copier on drums.

At Iceland Airwaves, they will be joining a line-up which includes Battles, Beach House, Braids, BRNS, Flo Morrissey, Hot Chip, Retro Stefson, Sekuioa, Soa and Sóley.
