The City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg - VdL) has announced that as part of network works Boulevard Konrad Adenauer in Luxembourg-Kirchberg will be closed to all traffic between the Joseph Bech Bridge and Avenue John F. Kennedy from Saturday 7 to Monday 9 March 2026.
According to the VdL, the works will take place between the Joseph Bech Bridge and Avenue John F. Kennedy (on the side of the Grande-Duchesse Charlotte Bridge) from 05:30 on Saturday 7 March until 06:00 on Monday 9 March.
In addition, the following changes will apply to public transport:
• Bus and tram lines 6, 16, 18, 21 and CN5 will be diverted in both directions via Rue du Fort Niedergrünewald.
• Stops B.E.I. and Jean Monnet (lines 6, 16, 18 and 21) will be suspended and replaced by stops at Philharmonie/Mudam and Niedergrünewald.
