The traditional Christmas market will be making its festive return to Luxembourg City from Saturday 21 November to Thursday 24 December 2015.
As in previous years, associations wishing to sell their products to raise funds for charity will have the opportunity to book one of five chalets which will be installed on the Grand-Rue, whilst five other chalets will be reserved for those intending to sell craft or artistic creations, including jewellery, knitting and confectionery, at the Christmas market.
The Ville de Luxembourg claimed that it has taken into account the difficulties for some artisans, artists and individuals to finance the rental of a chalet for the duration of the market, and will therefore be offering a chalet for the financial contribution of €5 a day Monday to Friday and for €25 a day on weekends.
Parties interested in renting a chalet for the sale of handicrafts are invited to contact the Festival and Markets Service of the Ville de Luxembourg for further information on reservation terms and eligibility.
