On Sunday 2 January 2022, Luxembourg's Ministry of State, Ministry of Health and the Ville de Luxembourg announced that the COVID-19 vaccination centre at the Hall Victor Hugo in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg is being transferred temporarily to Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
The temporary move is due to technical problems at the Hall Victor Hugo vaccination centre; the move is effective from today, Monday 3 January 2022.
On Friday 31 December 2021, the Ville de Luxembourg had thanked the staff of the Vaccination Centre at Hall Victor Hugo in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg for their dedication and tireless commitment from the start of the vaccination campaign. Since the centre opened on 28 December 2020, these women and men who worked daily in the fight against COVID-19 have contributed significantly to the increase in the vaccination rate in Luxembourg.
Anyone who has made an appointment to receive a vaccination at the Hall Victor Hugo is requested instead to come on the same date and time of their original appointment to the vaccination centre located instead at Luxexpo The Box.
Access to the Luxexpo The Box vaccination centre is via the North public car park (main car park) - Hall 3C.
