Luxembourg Plans 2023 Trade Missions to Senegal, Saudi Arabia, Latvia, Ireland, Finland, France

The Luxembourg Chambre de Commerce organises numerous trade missions and attendance at trade exhibitions to other countries each year, many in collaboration with Luxembourg Trade and Investment.  

Six official trade missions are already in the 2023 calendar, with the following confirmed: Senegal (February), Saudi Arabia (March), Latvia (March), Ireland (May), Finland (June) and France (June).

For attendance at trade exhibitions, often Luxembourg takes a country stand (national pavilion), with participating organisations offered the opportunity to showcase their products and services from those stands.

For 2023, the current schedule of all international missions (30 in total) is as follows:

- 4-8 Jan: CES Las Vegas in the USA (innovation / technology)

- 30 Jan - 2 Feb: Arab Health 2023 in Dubai (national pavilion)

- 8-10 Feb: Fruit Logistica 2023 in Berlin, Germany (national pavilion)

- 22-24 Feb: Official Trade Mission to Senegal

- 23-25 Feb: Sencon 2023 in Dakar, Senegal (construction)

- 27 Feb - 2 Mar: Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain

- 4-9 March: Joint Trade Mission to Saudi Arabia (with Belgium)

- 10-15 Mar: SXSW Trade Fair visit (South by Southwest; film industry & culture) in Austin, Texas, USA

- 13-15 Mar: Official Trade Mission to Latvia

- 14-17 Mar: MIPIM (real estate) in Cannes, France (national pavilion)

- 5-7 Apr: FIC (cybersecurity) in Lille, France (national pavilion)

- 17-21 Apr: Hannover Messe (high-tech, innovation) in Germany (national pavilion)

- 25-27 Apr: JEC World (composites) in Paris, France (national pavilion)

- 9-12 May: Transport Logistic in Munich, Germany (national pavilion)

- 15-16 May: Trade Mission to Ireland (Dublin)

- 6-8 Jun: Trade Mission to Finland (Helsinki)

- 12-14 Jun: Trade Mission to France (Provence, Alps, Cote d'Azur)

- 14-17 Jun: VivaTech (start-ups, innovation) in Paris, France (national pavilion)

- 19-25 Jun: SIAE (Paris Air Show) in France (national pavilion)

- 26-29 Jun: Collision (technology) in Toronto, Canada (national pavilion)

- 24-26 Sep: Bits & Pretzels (HealthTech) in Munich, Germany

- 2-6 Oct: International Astronautical Congress in Baku, Azerbaijan (national pavilion)

- 7-11 Oct: Anuga (food & beverage) in Cologne, Germany (national pavilion)

- 10-13 Oct: Pollutec (environmental & waste management) in Lyon, France (national pavilion)

- 10-12 Oct: it-sa (IT security) in Hannover, Germany (national pavilion)

- 7-9 Nov: Smart City World Expo Congress in Barcelona, Spain

- 9-10 Nov: Get2Know Your Neighbours, Trade Mission to Saarbrucken, Germany

- 13-16 Nov: Web Summit (technolohy) in Lisbon, Portugal

- 13-16 Nov: Medica (medical industry) in Dusseldorf, Germany (national pavilion)

- 14-16 Nov: Space Tech Europe in Bremen, Germany (national pavilion)

- 30 Nov - 1 Dec: Slush (start-up & technology) in Finland

Not included in this list is presence, and/or speaking, at conferences, with other organisations, including Luxembourg for Finance organising their own events outside the Grand Duchy.

In addition, Luxembourg's Chambre de Commerce will welcome / host visiting delegations from Belgium (March), United European Car Carriers of Norway (April), Arizona, USA (June), Saxony in Germany (October)
