Luxembourg law firm Elvinger Hoss Prussen has appointed its partners Sophie Laguesse and Katia Panichi as members of the Management Board.

In this role, they support Manou Hoss, Managing Partner and Head of the Management Board, and together will help lead the firm in its continuous growth.

"I'm very pleased to welcome Sophie Laguesse and Katia Panichi, two highly valued and longstanding partners, as the two new members of the Management Board. They both have been leading the way in their field of expertise and will use this experience to drive forward the strategic development of Elvinger Hoss Prussen", commented Manou Hoss.

The two previous members, Jacques Elvinger, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Pit Reckinger, now Bâtonnier du Barreau de Luxembourg (i.e. Chairman of the Luxembourg Bar), remain strongly involved in the firm's future and expressed their happiness that Sophie and Katia would succeed them.

Sophie Laguesse joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 1999 and has been a partner since 2006. Sophie has spent the last ten years building the private fund team and developing the private fund practice of the firm. She has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of alternative investment funds. Sophie has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1999.

Katia Panichi opened Elvinger Hoss Prussen's Hong Kong office in 2012. She is a member of the executive committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1999.
