On Thursday 17 September 2026, BDO Luxembourg announced the promotion of three new Partners effective 1 October 2026, as well as the appointment of a new Partner who has recently joined the firm.

Aline Brochard has been promoted to Partner in Accounting & Corporate Services. She joined the Accounting & Corporate Services – Local Market department in October 2024 and has more than 20 years of experience in audit. She advises local companies, subsidiaries of international groups, public and quasi-public entities, non-profit organisations and foundations on financial, accounting and organisational matters. She is a Chartered Accountant and a “réviseur d’entreprises” (statutory auditor).

Stéphanie Meyer has been promoted to Partner in Accounting, Corporate & Fund Services. She joined BDO in 2018 and has more than sixteen years of experience in the corporate services industry, with a focus on private equity and real estate. Her expertise includes legal and company secretarial matters, company management and administration, as well as international structuring and restructuring. She is a member of the OEC (“Ordre des Experts-Comptables”) in Luxembourg.

Armin Weber has been promoted to Partner in Direct Tax Compliance. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and international taxation in Luxembourg and Germany. Before joining BDO in 2025, he held senior tax roles in Big Four and in-house environments. Earlier in his career, he worked for the German Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) and represented Germany as a delegate to the OECD Working Party No 6 on the Taxation of Multinational Enterprises.

Claudia Schuppan, meanwhile, has joined BDO Luxembourg as Partner in Asset Management Regulatory Consulting. She has more than fifteen years of experience in Luxembourg's financial sector, including over thirteen years in regulatory advisory. Prior to joining BDO in September 2026, she worked for a Big Four firm in Luxembourg, advising asset managers, fund initiators and investment funds on regulatory, governance and organisational matters.
