On Monday 13 April 2026, Le Village by CA Luxembourg has announced the appointment of Émilie Béchet as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), alongside several strategic changes to its Board of Directors and management.
According to the organisation, these changes mark a new stage in its development as an innovation accelerator in Luxembourg and internationally, and aim to strengthen its structure and support its growth ambitions.
Émilie Béchet, a specialist in open innovation and ecosystem development, previously played a key role at the House of Startups Luxembourg between 2017 and 2025. During this period, she also launched and led the Open Innovation Club, supporting companies in their innovation processes. In her new role, she will focus on leveraging the Village by CA network to accelerate the growth of startups.
Nadia Mokadem, Head of Human Resources at Indosuez Wealth Management in Luxembourg, has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. She brings experience in human resources strategy, change management and organisational transformation within Luxembourg’s financial sector.
Éric Calvet Nguyen, Chief Information Officer of CALI Europe (Crédit Agricole Life Insurance), has also been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. He joined the Crédit Agricole Group in 2006 and has contributed to the development of its insurance activities. Since November 2025, he has been part of CALI Europe and is expected to contribute his expertise in transformation project governance and partnership development.
The Board of Directors of Le Village by CA Luxembourg now comprises:
• Alain Siegrist, Chief Executive Officer, CAMCA Assurances (Chairman)
• Pierre Bosio, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Amundi Luxembourg
• Laurent Majchrzak, Group Head of Digital Assets, CACEIS
• Nadia Mokadem, Head of Human Resources, Indosuez Wealth Management Luxembourg
• Éric Calvet Nguyen, Chief Information Officer, CALI Europe
Support and control functions will remain under the supervision of the Board of Directors.
