On Friday 6 February 2026, Eurosolar Lëtzebuerg Asbl, a Luxembourg non-profit organisation which advocates the use of renewable energies, renewed its Board of Directors during its ordinary general meeting held at the restaurant Toussaint’s in Mamer.

According to the organisation, the renewal aims to strengthen governance, ensure continuity in its activities and reinforce its commitment to a sustainable, democratic and socially inclusive energy transition.

On Monday 9 February 2026, during its first meeting, the newly appointed Board of Directors allocated its roles in accordance with the association’s statutes. All existing members remain in their positions, while Marc Durbach joins the Board as a new member.

The Board of Directors of Eurosolar Lëtzebuerg is composed as follows:

  • President: Paul Zens
  • Vice-President: Marina Mouravieva
  • Treasurer: Nico Meyrer
  • Secretary: Marc Wegener
  • Members: Marc Durbach (new), Paul Kauten, Christian Goebel, Susanne Siebentritt and Peter Vlaming.

Eurosolar Lëtzebuerg added that it would like to thank the outgoing members of the Board of Directors for their commitment, availability and contribution to the association’s development and visibility in recent years.

It also reaffirmed its commitment to actively contributing to public debate and to supporting the transition towards a sustainable, resilient and socially just energy system.
