This year’s Autumn Induction, which took place on Monday 13 October, opened with addresses from senior leadership including: John Psaila, CEO and Managing Partner; Christian Van Dartel, People and Purpose Leader; and Anne Bellini Damardji, Head of People. They shared the company's strategic direction and core values, setting the stage for the integration of new colleagues. Their messages highlighted the importance of supporting personal development and collective impact.
The onboarding day offered participants the chance to engage with leaders and take part in a mix of in-person and artificial intelligence (AI)-powered learning sessions to develop technical and interpersonal skills. In the afternoon, they joined team-building activities in Luxembourg City and attended an evening reception marking the close of the programme.
Reflecting on the event, John Psaila, CEO and Managing Partner of Deloitte, remarked: “There is something truly special about the energy that fills Deloitte during Induction Week. This period is defined by the meeting of curiosity, ambition and new perspectives. It is a living demonstration of how ‘Together Makes Progress’,” referencing Deloitte’s new tagline.
