On Wednesday 21 May 2025, Deloitte Luxembourg announced the appointment of two new Managing Directors and eight new Partners across its Advisory and Consulting, Audit and Assurance, and Tax and Operations services.

In a press release, Deloitte Luxembourg noted that the new appointments bring the total number of Managing Directors and Partners employed by the company to 177, supporting a multidisciplinary firm of more than 2,700 professionals.

John Psaila, CEO and Managing Partner of Deloitte Luxembourg, stated: “As we approach our 75th anniversary this summer, we reflect not only on the heritage that brought us here, but on the people who will take us further. These ten individuals represent the next generation of the partnership. They bring the skills, experience and mindset needed to take our firm forward, with a clear understanding of where we have come from and where we need to go, together.”

New Managing Directors

Anne Bellini-Damardji (Operations) joined Deloitte in April 2025 as Head of People. With over 20 years of international experience, she has held senior roles in HR and talent strategy across large global organisations. 

Francesco Pitotto (Audit & Assurance) has more than sixteen years of audit experience, particularly with large commercial and industrial groups under PCAOB and ISA standards. A subject matter expert in internal controls, he plays a key role within the Quality and Risk Management team, focusing on ISQM 1 implementation.

New Partners

Ali El Maghraoui (Advisory & Consulting) has over eighteen years of consulting experience in data management, business intelligence and analytics. A civil engineering graduate from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he advises clients across banking, insurance, telecom and utilities as they navigate technology and data transformation.

Anar Heydarov (Audit & Assurance) has more than fourteen years of experience in audit and assurance, with a focus on private equity, private debt and securitisation structures. A Company Auditor and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Practising Certificate holder, he also co-chairs the Accounting & Reporting working group of the Luxembourg Capital Market Association.

Antoine Chassagne (Audit & Assurance) specialises in the audit of investment funds spanning a broad range of asset classes. He joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2011 and became a Company Auditor in 2022.

Carmen Thoelkes (Advisory & Consulting) brings over two decades of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, including more than fifteen years in global fund tax reporting. A certified German tax advisor with dual degrees in economics, she serves complex international clients in the investment management sector.

Luana Menezes (Audit & Assurance) offers more than fifteen years of audit experience with multinational SEC registrants, EU public interest entities and private companies across commercial and industrial sectors. She is a Company Auditor and a member of ACCA.

Maxim Pierre (Audit & Assurance) has over eleven years of experience in the alternative investment industry and has been with Deloitte Luxembourg since 2013. He is a Company Auditor and a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg.

Sean Murray (Tax) has joined the partnership with operational and leadership experience across a number of financial services institutions. Most recently, he served as Head of Closed Ended Operations at a global fund administrator and was a member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) Valuation Committee.

Sebastian Schieck (Advisory & Consulting) advises banking and asset management clients on business and regulatory transformations including cross-border expansion and post-merger carve-outs. He joined Deloitte in 2020, following roles in international financial institutions and consulting.
