
On Friday 2 May 2025, Luxembourg’s Government Council (Cabinet) approved the appointment of Chief of Staff to Minister Lex Delles and First Government Advisor at the Ministry of the Economy, Françoise Schlink, to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors of POST Luxembourg.
Luxembourg’s Ministry of the Economy reported that during the board of directors meeting held on Wednesday 23 April 2025, Serge Allegrezza announced that he would step down from his role as board member in mid-May 2025. Mr Allegrezza joined POST’s Board of Directors in 2003 and took over as Chair in January 2013. He will continue to serve as chair of the Board of LuxTrust SA, a subsidiary of the POST Luxembourg Group. Françoise Schlink will begin her mandate on Thursday 15 May 2025.
Luxembourg’s Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy and Tourism, Lex Delles, said: “I want to warmly thank Serge Allegrezza, who is leaving the POST Luxembourg board after 22 years of service. Throughout his tenure, Serge championed POST’s interests and made a lasting contribution to the group’s strategic direction. His leadership and vision have been real assets for POST Luxembourg and his legacy will continue to inspire the company in facing future challenges and achievements. On behalf of the government, I extend my sincere gratitude to him.”
The current Board of Directors of POST Luxembourg now includes, as State representatives: Françoise Schlink (Chair); Jean-Luc Kamphaus (Vice-Chair); Sandra Denis; Jeff Fettes; Steve Fritz; Jean Olinger; Anne-Catherine Ries; and Michèle Bley. Staff representatives include: Pierre Da Silva; Udo Fell; Gilbert Goergen; Raymond Juchem; Axel Ludwig; and Alain Sondag. The independent directors are Ginette Jones and Jean-Marc Ueberecken.
As a public institution under the authority of the Ministry of the Economy, the POST Luxembourg Group employs more than 4,500 people and remains one of Luxembourg’s largest employers.
