Isabelle Alvarez Appointed CEO of Victor Buck Services

On Wednesday 2 April 2025, the POST Luxembourg Group announced the appointment of Isabelle Alvarez as CEO of Victor Buck Services (VBS), a document management and distribution service provider.

In a statement, POST Luxembourg Group confirmed that Ms Alvarez succeeds Stéphanie Noël as CEO of VBS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the POST Group. The Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF) approved Ms Alvarez’s appointment in accordance with the requirements in force for companies with Professionals of the Financial Sector (PSF) status. The VBS Board of Directors, which met on 18 March 2025, has confirmed her appointment.

Isabelle Alvarez joined VBS in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer in Luxembourg. In 2014, she took over responsibility for VBS's presence in Singapore as Managing Director, covering Asia, a scope that quickly expanded to APAC. With over 25 years of experience in financial services and document management, she has developed solid expertise in international expansion, acquisitions and mergers, with a comprehensive market vision in Europe and Asia.
