POST Luxembourg has announced the appointment, with immediate effect, of Stéphanie Noël as CEO of Victor Buck Services (VBS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the POST Group.
Following the announcement last month of the departure of Edith Magyarics, who was at the head of the company for ten years, the appointment of Stéphanie Noël as CEO has been approved by the CSSF, Luxembourg's financial regulator, in accordance with the obligations in force and in particular for companies with Professionals of the Financial Sector (PSF) status.
“In charge of operations in a financial data management and regulatory reporting company for more than seventeen years of which she was a member of the Executive since 2014, expert in digital transformation and familiar with the world of VBS, Stéphanie Noël has the necessary assets in order to make the most of the company's rich heritage while opening up new perspectives", explained Claude Strasser, CEO of the POST group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VBS.
