Arendt, a leading legal, tax and business services firm in Luxembourg, has announced the appointment of Julien Ganter as a new Partner at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting.

The arrival of Julien Ganter is part of Arendt's strategy to expand into new consulting areas in order to broaden the range of services offered to its clients.

Mr Ganter will rely on the experience and regulatory expertise of Arendt Regulatory & Consulting as well as the recognised excellence of the Arendt group to develop its existing services around financial services and businesses. He will focus in particular on the development of managed services and advisory services: ranging from regulatory, tax and environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects to the definition of strategy and large-scale transformation projects.

Julien Ganter's expertise, acquired throughout his career in a leading consulting firm and as a Partner of a Big 4 firm in Luxembourg, where he headed the Investment Management Consulting Practice, goes from defining commercial and operational strategies to leading major transformation projects, including operational processes and IT applications, designing and deploying smart-sourcing strategies and managing change.

Arendt has described his in-depth customer knowledge, his ability to develop new product lines and his managerial vision as valuable assets.

“Legal and regulatory frameworks are constantly evolving. With the arrival of Julien in the Arendt Regulatory & Consulting team, we will further increase our ability to meet customer needs using efficient, pragmatic and technology-based solutions”, explained Jean-Marc Ueberecken, Managing Partner.

“I am very excited to join Arendt. In this period of technical and ESG disruption for the financial markets, the combination of Arendt's legal, regulatory and advisory expertise will give us a unique position to meet the needs of our clients in the most efficient way", added Julien Ganter.
