Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announced the promotion of two new partners in Luxembourg, effective 1 May 2021.
Stefanie Ferring and Maren Stadler-Tjan are part of a global cohort of 29 new partners drawn from all of the firm's market-leading practices and every region, with strong representation in particular across Europe.
Stefanie Ferring, a member of the Luxembourg Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice, specialises in general financing, real estate finance and insolvency and restructuring. Her practice focuses on cross-border financial restructurings as well as international and domestic real estate finance work for banks and financial investors. Ms Ferring is qualified in Luxembourg.
Maren Stadler-Tjan, a member of the Luxembourg Investment Funds practice, focuses on the structuring and set-up of alternative investment funds, including real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure funds. Ms Stadler-Tjan advises investors on their investments in private funds and leads the ESG initiative for the Luxembourg funds practice. She is qualified in Luxembourg and Germany.
