Jane Wilkinson Joins Label R Advisory Board

Label R has announced the appointment of Jane Wilkinson, Founding Partner of the Luxembourg-based advisory firm Ripple Effect, to its advisory board.

Former Head of Sustainable Finance at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) and Former Member of the Technical Expert Group (TEG) on Sustainable Finance at the European Commission, Jane Wilkinson, will provide strategic advice based on her extensive experience working in sustainable finance, private equity and auditing. She will also help Label R strengthen its presence with Luxembourg's Financial Institutions and forge new partnerships.

Jane Wilkinson is the founder of Ripple Effect, a small, independent advisory firm based in Luxembourg that provides non-executive directors, corporate governance and sustainability advisory services to clients throughout Europe and further afield. Its mission is to help companies harness the positive value that can be created by small and large actions focused on effective governance and sustainability.

For its part, Label R, established in Luxembourg since 2018 and headquartered in New York, offers the world’s first risk assessment and due diligence tool for ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance), coupled with business ethics including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and ethical financial practices. The company’s goal is to provide a strong and harmonised digital solution, iPrism, for funds and companies to be able to prove that they are effectively implementing ESG and thereby help them grow by developing good business practices.
