Global law firm Clifford Chance announced on Thursday the promotion of two new partners in Luxembourg as part of the appointment of 30 new partners across its global network.
Newly appointed partner Kristof Meynaerts is a member of the Luxembourg Investment Funds practice who specialises in the structuring, operation and set-up of regulated and unregulated funds. His practice focuses in particular on real estate, private equity and debt funds.
For his part, Martin Wurth, a member of Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice, advises on lending and finance matters generally, with a specific focus on fund financing, cross-border lending and structured products.
