Crestbridge, a global administration, management and corporate governance solutions business, has strengthened its senior team in Luxembourg.

Aleksander Jakima has joined the PSF team, which provides regulated domiciliation, incorporation and management services to companies, as Director and day-to-day manager. With thirteen years’ experience in financial services, Aleksander has multi-jurisdictional experience in the structuring and oversight of funds having worked in Ireland and Luxembourg for major banks and fund administration companies. 

He has joined Crestbridge from fund administration firm Circle Partners where he held a senior role in Luxembourg with a broad range of regulatory, compliance, operational and management responsibilities. Aleksander has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of funds and significant corporate governance, risk and compliance experience working across the hedge fund, private equity and UCITS space. 

In addition, Sue Saddul has become the Conducting Officer of the Crestbridge management company (ManCo), in charge of portfolio management for real assets, and a board member. Sue has over 30 years’ experience working with multi-national institutions in Luxembourg as well as institutional, private businesses and start-ups in the UK and Mauritius and across several industries, including manufacturing, construction, media and communications and financial services. She has previously held positions on Boards and Investment Committees of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated Real Estate Fund structures, Management Companies and AIFMs.

These senior appointments have come just ahead of a period of anticipated growth in the jurisdiction.
