On 29 October 2021, POST Luxembourg inaugurated "NEXT, a space designed to promote creativity and innovation, in its premises in Cloche d'Or, in the presence of Luxembourg's Minister of the Economy, Franz Fayot, members of the management of POST Luxembourg and several guests from institutions, the world of innovation and research.

The launch of “NEXT” forms part of POST Luxembourg's innovation approach, which is aimed at both its employees and partners, but which is also open to other external stakeholders. The concept is reflected in the design of the space and its architecture, which is designed to promote the emergence of new ideas, agility and collective creativity.

Claude Strasser, CEO of POST Luxembourg, explained: “Every business needs new, ever more innovative solutions that help push the customer experience beyond expectations and ensure the sustainability of the organisation. The same goes for POST, and [it] has been for almost 180 years". He continued: "To accelerate innovation cycles, we need to be more agile and responsive, and to build precisely on the expertise and skills already available in-house and to share this know-how with our stakeholders. There is nothing better to get out of our respective comfort zones than to question ourselves in an environment that is both secure and conducive to creation. It's done with NEXT, an atypical place that deliberately differs from traditional POST codes".

Pierre Zimmer, Deputy Managing Director of POST Luxembourg and Chief Strategy Officer, concluded: "Through the NEXT concept, we aim to further unleash the potential of our employees to bring out new ideas. Indeed, it is an inspiring place to create links between teams, push the limits of creativity and challenge new concepts. In this spirit of openness, NEXT is also accessible to external stakeholders. A NEXT team is also dedicated to take charge of the place and accompany guests on their journey, in particular by facilitating workshops".
