On Friday 5 December 2025, the LCGB and OGBL trade unions and the CFL multimodal group announced the signing of a new collective agreement covering the various entities within the group.

The LCGB reported that the new agreement applies until 31 December 2027 for staff falling within the scope of the collective agreement of CFL multimodal, CFL logistics, CFL terminals, CFL sites services and CFL intermodal, covering around 350 employees.

The new collective agreement introduces several improvements, including:

• the gradual introduction of a single end-of-year allowance;

• the granting of an additional day of leave and a review of the frequency for awarding long-service leave days, to support a better work–life balance;

• the introduction of phased early retirement, offering new prospects at the end of a career;

• various improvements and clarifications to the wording relating to working conditions.

The LCGB said the agreement is the result of constructive and successful social dialogue between the social partners, leading to significant progress for the benefit of employees while taking into account the company’s objectives.
