The LCGB and OGBL trade unions recently signed a new collective agreement for employees of CERATIZIT and Plansee together with the group's general management.
As reported by the respective signatories, despite a general context that remains difficult, the group's management and the unions reached an agreement "in a calm and constructive climate".
The social partners agreed on various points linked to an improvement of working conditions for a three-year period.
The agreement, in effect until the end of February 2027, provides for the following improvements for the 1,100 employees of the Mamer site in Luxembourg:
- renewal of all effects of the collective agreement;
- harmonisation and revaluation of salary scales for all employees of the company;
- payment of a gift voucher;
- revaluation of holiday pay that evolves with seniority;
- linear increase in salaries for all employees;
- introduction of additional seniority leave;
- introduction of a regime ensuring the right to disconnect.
