On Wednesday 12 February 2025, Deloitte Luxembourg announced a strategic partnership with Dynatrace to “deliver state-of-the-art observability”.
Dynatrace is a technology company that provides a software observability platform, which combines deep observability, AIOps and application security in one open, unified platform reported to continuously deliver precise answers and intelligent automation from data. According to press release, the collaboration aims to combine Deloitte's “leading expertise” in cloud with AI-powered observability from Dynatrace, “empowering customers with insights needed to accelerate innovation while increasing service reliability and resilience in modern infrastructure management”.
As reported by the partners, today’s complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments generate a staggering volume of data. According to a Dynatrace report, 86% of CIOs indicate cloud-native stacks generate an explosion of data that is beyond humans’ ability to manage, and 81% say their teams spend so much time managing tools and preparing data that it detracts from innovation. With an average of ten monitoring tools in use, a unified observability solution is considered essential.
To address these challenges, Deloitte Luxembourg will integrate the Dynatrace platform into its observability offering. This integrated approach will leverage hybrid and multi-cloud observability from Dynatrace, powered by causal, predictive and generative AI, as stated in the press release. Combined with automation, business analytics and application security capabilities, organisations are expected to be able to optimise performance, enhance security and drive innovation. Additionally, Dynatrace will assist teams in monitoring and analysing their cloud spending, verifying their compliance with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27001 and DORA, and tracking carbon emissions generated by their hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures.
Sébastien Genco, Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg, commented: “Dynatrace’s solutions are best-of-breed in the observability area, and we are excited about this collaboration, which will bring industry-leading observability, automation and AI-powered insights to our clients. We want to use Dynatrace to help organisations simplify cloud complexity, accelerate innovation and ensure optimal performance across their digital ecosystems.”
Dwight Maanster, Country Manager Benelux at Dynatrace, added: “We are excited to partner with Deloitte Luxembourg to deliver AI-powered observability to more organisations. This collaboration will enable teams to navigate the complexities of modern cloud environments with confidence, leveraging AI-driven insights and automation to drive innovation and operational excellence.”
The partners added that observability aims to comprehensively and efficiently monitor and analyse diverse environments, enabling proactive issue detection and resolution to ensure optimal system performance, reliability and cost monitoring. “Together, Deloitte and Dynatrace are committed to collaborating closely to address organisations’ evolving observability needs, ensuring they have the right tools and insights necessary for sustained success,” they noted in their statement.
Deloitte Luxembourg currently counts a team of 2,700 employees and a network of more than 150 partners.
