Luxembourg’s Ministry of Justice has launched an information website dedicated to non-profit organisations (ASBL) and foundations, accessible under the link https://myasbl.lu/.
This initiative is part of an information campaign on the new law of 7 August 2023 on non-profit organisations and foundations, which entered into force on 23 September 2023, and offers a source of information and resources for actors in the associative sector as well as for citizens interested in the work of non-profit associations and foundations in Luxembourg.
The website details, among other things, the changes brought about by the new law; it offers a complete accounting guide, provides information on the 24-month transition period, and offers an FAQ section for answers to frequently asked questions. Explanatory videos are also available, aiming to ensure a better understanding.
Information webinars will be held in the following weeks for non-profit organisations and foundations.
