Morgan Philips, a privately owned human resources consulting group which has been present in the Grand Duchy since 2013, today announced that it has expanded its actions in Asia in association with Christine Raynaud, a prominent figure in the HR services industry in the region.
The aim of the Asian expansion was cited as the acceleration of the company's development in one of the world's largest and most dynamic recruitment markets. MRIC, an independent business and member of the executive recruitment network MRINetwork, was founded in 1998, with Christine Raynaud assuming ownership and the CEO position at the company in 2010. MRIC employs a staff of more than one hundred based in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Taipei.
MRIC is due to change its name to Morgan Philips Executive Search by the year's end. Morgan Philips Group was established in 2013 by CEO Charles-Henri Dumon and today acts in eight countries in Europe, the US, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. The Group has also invented a new economic model in the two years since its inception and its service enables a quicker and cheaper recruitment process.
