Today, on 28 October 2016, POST Luxembourg signed an agreement to take a majority stake in stocks from Elgon and Ainos.

Founded in 2008 and currently having over 50 collaborators, Elgon specialises in providing ICT services to a wide range of businesses, including ICT training. Ainos was created in January 2016 and currently has around 15 collaborators. The corporation is well-known in Luxembourg and helps businesses with their ICT development projects.

By using these tools, POST Luxembourg is beginning the new step in the diversification of its offers on the Luxembourgish market, which will allow the company to both expand its Cloud and ICT solutions and strengthen its expertise. Its involvement in the stakes will likewise allow POST Luxembourg and its clients to acquire ICT training.

Managing director of POST Luxembourg, Claude Strasser, has referred to the strategy as an attempt to “position POST as a key actor in the IT and communication sectors. The strategic aim is to consolidate our role as systems and solutions integrator in order to provide a complete package to clients.”

The current management of Elgon and Ainos will remain as it is so as to guide the development of the two cooperations.
