The Irish Club of Luxembourg has announced that it is kicking off the "rentrée" after the summer break with a outing to Ciné Utopia in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg to see Kneecap on Friday 13 September 2024 at 19:00.
The award-winning film about Belfast-based hip-hop trio Kneecap is being screened as part of the British & Irish Film Festival Luxembourg (BIFFL) 2024 Autumn Edition.
Following the screening, Irish Club members and "friends" will head to Porta Nova restaurant for food.
Those wishing to take part in the outing can get their ticket online or at the box office. To confirm one's attendance, send an email to the club's events and membership secretary, Fiona Mulhern (fiona.mulhern@gmail.com) by Wednesday 11 September 2024. There is no charge except for the cinema ticket and food at the restaurant.
