In 2017, the Encevo Group decided to develop activities around technical services; therefore, the operational holding company Enovos Services Luxembourg was created in 2018 with a management dedicated to this activity: as the technical services have developed into an increasingly important and mature activity, the Encevo Group has assigned a new specific name to this activity, now known as Teseos.
As with the unbundling of the activities of the network operator Creos and the supply of energy by Enovos, the Encevo Group has given itself a neutral but strict governance, necessary to manage this third pillar, which has now been added to the historical activities of the group. Therefore, the operational holding company Enovos Services Luxembourg was created in 2018 with a management dedicated to this activity.
As the technical services have evolved into an increasingly important and mature activity, the Group has therefore decided to assign a new name specific to this activity, now known as Teseos. This unique name, although independent of the other pillars of the group (represented by Creos and Enovos) nevertheless displays a visual link and a name related to the other companies of the Group. This new identity will also make it possible to better distinguish this activity from the two other main activities of the group, in particular the energy supplier Enovos.
After three years of development, the activity around technical services now brings together directly and indirectly eight companies with more than 700 employees. Added to this is the company Diego, formerly a network of franchised artisans through a collaboration with the Federation of Artisans. Diego is now a fully owned trading company 100% owned by Teseos. Diego will work closely with market players and the initiative continues to benefit from the support of the Federation of Craftsmen. The company will present its activities in more detail in the coming weeks.
The various fields of activity of the Encevo Group give it a view and a global expertise on the energy world, which makes it a unique energy player in Luxembourg and in the Greater Region.
