On Thursday 13 July 2017, Crossfire will be hosting an information evening on a Kick4Life tour to Lesotho in November/December 2018, with everyone attending getting a free beer.
Organised by Kick4Life Europe Asbl, the evening starts at 19:00 and should be finished in an hour, at Crossfire (15 Rue Dicks, 1417 Luxembourg-ville).
Kick4Life is the world's first football club dedicated to social change. Based in Lesotho, a country ravaged by HIV and Aids, Kick4Life aims to change the lives of the most impoverished and disadvantaged children.
So from 23 November to 2 December 2018, Kick4Life are organising a tour to Lesotho; such tours have given hundreds of people the chance to travel, play football and change lives. During a tour, participants will take part in activities from the organisers' life-skills curriculum, and with football matches against local teams, cultural visits and an adventure trip to the stunning mountain region, it is a truly life-changing experience.
Lesotho is a beautiful and friendly country, and such tours offer an unforgettable insight to the nation's culture, history and challenges. During the tou, participants will directly support the organisation's mission to change lives and experience the best that Lesotho has to offer, accompanied at all times by an experienced and dedicated team. The tours are popular with men and women, and people of all ages. Soccer is just one ingredient so whether or not you want to play, there is something for everyone.
