Last week the Rotary Club Luxembourg-Vallées presented a new van to the Cent Buttek in Luxembourg City.

The new van should allow volunteers working for the social grocery shop to improve logistics and to collect even more unsold foods from bakeries, supermarkets, small shops and businesses throughout the region. Redistributed on the basis of a minimum financial contribution to needy people, such foods feed many families in need every week.

"We are delighted to be able to help the Cent Buttek volunteers in such a concrete way so that they can continue to develop their support for needy families," said Paul Schergen, initiator of the project and a member of the Rotary Club Luxembourg-Vallées.
