For a few years now, Prisma S.A. does not give individual Christmas gifts any more, but rather supports those who are less fortunate.

For this end-of-year the company has decided to support the children's summer camp of the Rugby Club Luxembourg (RCL). The camp will take place in August 2017, lasting for four days and will be led by professional coaches from Munster Rugby in Ireland.

It will be an amazing experience for the little ones to spend four days with their heroes, friends and coaches creating bonds which may last for a lifetime. The RCL is working closely with Caritas. Refugee children, as well as children from families in need, can participate for free and this is why the RCL needs sponsors allowing them to pay for these children.

Carole Miltgen, CEO at Prisma, stated "We share the rugby values; Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship; with them and really appreciate them including everybody, irrespective of their background. We very much support inclusion and helping those in need."

In addition to working with Cartias, the RCL also works with the Schrassig prison (for men) and Givenich prison (for women) and the Dreiborn Youth Offenders Centre. They go into theses institutions and teach them rugby. Without any preconception and without necessarily knowing their stories, they meet them, just like meeting any team player and spend a few hours together with them, playing rugby. By receiving respect and a moment of happiness, it allows the prisoners/offenders to take their mind off their daily life and possibly dream of a better future.

RCL was founded in 1973 and currently has 600 members.
