On Thursday 23 October 2025, the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) hosted its flagship conference “LPEA Insights” at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

According to the LPEA, the private capital conference welcomed over 1,200 participants, including 145 General Partners and 125 Limited Partners from Luxembourg and abroad, marking an increase of 41% from the 850 registered in 2024, which the LPEA said confirmed its growing relevance as a key meeting point for the private capital community.

The event featured over 100 speakers and 29 sessions across the day and provided a platform for the exchange of ideas, insights and innovation across all segments of the private markets industry.

Structured under a variety of themes, discussions under the banner “Pathway to Competitiveness” explored how the industry continues to adapt to global economic, technological and regulatory shifts, “Infrastructure & Private Debt” looked at pillars of opportunity, evolving with new perspectives for long-term value creation, “Democratization & Digitalisation” covered topics ranging from asset access to tech enablement and how capital flows and decisions are made, and “Trust & Relationships – In an ever-changing landscape”, focused on how strong investor relationships and transparency remain the foundation for sustainable growth within the industry.

“The record participation and the quality of discussions this year underline how collaboration and innovation continue to shape our community,” said Stéphane Pesch, CEO of LPEA.

The 2025 LPEA Insights event also featured a Private Equity (PE) Tech area, which showcased solutions from eighteen PE Tech exhibitors while 22 sponsors contributed to the conference’s agenda and engagement spaces.

The event took place as part of Luxembourg Venture Days 2025.
