L'Essentiel du Rire has announced an exclusive English-language stand-up comedy show, taking place on Friday 8 November 2019 at the Aalt Stadhaus in Differdange, from 20:00.

This show forms part of the "L'Essentiel du Rire - Differdange Comedy Festival", running from 4-10 November 2019, and will feature British comedian Michael Fabbri and LA-based comedian Nick Guerra, who will be flying over to Luxembourg especially for this show - his first in Europe.

Michael Fabbri (UK) has been a stand-up comedian since 2003 and regularly performs at major comedy clubs throughout the UK and all over the world. He has worked as a writer for radio and TV and recently had his own stand up series, "Dyslexion", on BBC Radio 4. He has also done several solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has been a support act for Micky Flanagan, Lucy Porter and Stephen K Amos. Michael has an affable and electric style of comedy, with material that ranges from the cerebral to the smutty.

Nick Guerra (US) is considered one of today's most exciting comedians, quickly making an impact in the clubs and on TV. Nick is an audience favorite from NBC's "Last Comic Standing", who made his TV debut on Comedy Central with Gabriel Iglesias' "Stand up Revolution" and his late night debut on the "Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon. He can also be seen on HBO's "Entre Nos" series. With his cool and energetic attitude, Nick skewers relationships, family and everyday life.

Also performing will be Deepu Dileepan (India), a former social scientist turned writer/comedian and the producer of the Luxembourg Comedy Festival. Currently based in Luxembourg, Deepu has performed in venues across Europe and is a former repertoire member of "Evam Standup Tamasha", one of India’s top comedy collectives. He is also a movie reviewer for Galatta Media, South India’s largest media promotion house. His stand-up clips on YouTube have over two million views.

Tickets cost €38.75 per person and can be purchased from Luxembourg Ticket: https://ticket.luxembourg-ticket.lu/eventim.webshop/webticket/seatmap?eventId=27223&language=de.
