St George's International School announced that it will host WomenEdLux event on Thursday 29 September 2022

WomenEdLux is one of the 37 regional WomenEd networks that exists internationally which support women, a grassroots movement that connects aspiring and existing women leaders in education and gives women leaders a voice in education.

This is the first onsite event at St. George's in over two years, the theme is Community, Connection and Confidence.

Dr Shefali Tsabary said: "It's only when women share their processes – their true processes, the bare bones of them – that other women can feel safe to share theirs. It's in this sharing that we can collectively rise."

The session's objectives:

  • Increase the awareness of the WomenEd/WomenEdLux community and its global impact.
  • Share experiences, exchange good practices and mutual learning to elevate and lift others.
  • Foster connections and a sense of community to increase opportunities of professional and personal development of women.
