The Rose of Tralee International Festival - Luxembourg Centre has announced that it is looking for young women to enter the 2020 Luxembourg Rose contest.
To enter, contestants must meet the following criteria:
a) Be 18 years of age by 1 January 2020 and not have reached their 29th birthday on or prior to 1 September 2020;
b) Be unmarried or never been married;
c) Be born in Ireland, be an Irish citizen or be of Irish origin by virtue of one of their ancestors having been born in Ireland;
d) Be living in the region they wish to represent for a minimum of one year;
e) Never have previously represented any Centre as a Rose in the Regional Festival or International Rose of Tralee Selection;
f) Be available for Rose Selection events and, if selected, be available for the Regional Festival and International Festival events.

The deadline for applications is Friday 31 January 2020. The winner will then be selected at the Luxembourg Rose Ball, taking place on Saturday 28 March 2020 at the Parc Alvisse Hotel Dommeldange and featuring MC Jim Kent and DJ Sam Steen.
The Rose of Tralee International Festival will take place from Friday 21 August to Tuesday 25 August 2020.
