The Orchestre de Chambre du Luxembourg (OCL) has announced that it is playing its last concert of the season at Philharmonie Luxembourg on Sunday 6 June 2021 at 17:00.

This upcoming event will be the last of five concerts organised by the OCL at the Philharmonie during the 2020/21 season.

Jean-Claude Picard, guest conductor for this evening, will conduct the Concerto for flute and harp by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, alongside flutist Hélène Boulègue and harpist Anaïs Gaudemard. Joseph Haydn's Symphony No. 103 "Drum Roll" (a work fully representative of the classical style at its peak) will be performed alongside Sergei Prokofiev's Symphony No. 1 "Classical" which, as its name suggests, draws inspiration from the musical world of Viennese classicism.

Tickets cost €30, €15 for under-27s and €1.50 with a Kulturpass. Free entry for children under 12. Reservations can be made online at: tickets.luxembourg-ticket.lu/30848 or via tel.: 470-8951.
